• Amla is the best source of Vitamin C containing 30X more vitamin C than an orange. It has anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial properties which may help in building immunity to fight against bacterial and viral infections. Amla is also anti-inflammatory and may help to keep minor inflammations in check
