Returns And Exchanges
Yes, Swadesiicart LLC accepts returns within the United States. Non-damaged items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please email support@swadesiicart.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
We will issue a full refund once approved.
You have two return options:
- Prepaid Return Label: We generate a label, and return shipping costs (plus original shipping, if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
- Self-Return: You ship the item at your own cost. We refund the product price only (excluding shipping fees).
