Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee edits once an order has been created or shipped.
Delivery Attempts and Delays
Carriers may make multiple delivery attempts or deliver to a secure location. Please use your tracking link for the latest status.
If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members or neighbors, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, reach out to us with your order number.
Undeliverable Packages
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts) can be reshipped after we confirm the address. Additional postage may apply for reshipment on orders under $30.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
