For Consumption:
Tulsi powder can be consumed as a dietary product.
Directions To Use:
one to half teaspoon a day or as recommended by expert.
External Application On Hair:
- Handles grey hair: Soak amla powder and dried tulsi leaves powder in water overnight. Strain it the next morning and wash your hair with it. You can see the results in a few weeks.
External Application On Skin:
- Cleansing tulsi face mask: Take a spoonful of tulsi powder and equal amount of curd to make a thick paste. Mix this paste well and apply on your face. After 15 minutes, scrub it off and wash your face well.
- Anti-acne face mask: Take equal portions of neem and tulsi powder and add little water to make a thick paste. Apply this on your face, avoiding the area around your eyes.
- Complexion boosting mask: Mix a spoonful of tulsi paste with a spoonful of oatmeal powder and a spoon of milk. Apply this mask and leave it for 15 minutes.
