How to Use:
- Tablespoon in a glass of warm water on an empty stomach.
- Make hair mask using Amla Powder, Shikakai Powder, and Curd. Make a paste and apply it on the scalp & hair. Massage thoroughly. Wait for 30 mins & wash off with water. Mix Amla with Honey or Curd to make a paste. Apply on the Face and neck. Keep it for 30 minutes and wash it off.
