How to Use:
- Add a generous measure of the Paruppu Podi to Hot Steaming Rice along with Ghee or Gingelly oil for a tasty meal. Goes well with fried Appalam as an accomplishment
- Can also be used as a Chutney when Podi is mixed with Ghee or Gingelly oil. Tastes delicious with Idly, Dosa and other variants.
