Dry body brushing gently shifts dead skin cells, improves circulation and skin tone and stimulates your lymphatic system. A regular habit may even smooth the appearance of cellulite (although it won’t make it disappear completely unfortunately).

How to use:

To dry body brush, take a minute before your bath or shower. Brush using gentle, long and slow strokes from your feet towards your heart all over your body adjusting pressure for comfort. After showering give your skin a good drink of your favourite body oil or moisturiser. Consistency is key, for best results, repeat daily. Can also be used wet and with soap to lather up for a microplastic free full body scrub. It’s normal for loose fibres to shed. Do not leave damp or floating in the bath, wash regularly and sun-dry saffron organic.
