Shri Malhari Sabji Masala
Ingredients:Red chillies, Garlic, Cumin, Curry leaves, Salt
Cooking Directions:
Cut any of your desired veggies 150g into small pieces like Potatoes, tomatoes, cauliflower, Okra, Beans or Carrots. Now heat the pan adds 4 Tbs oil, add1/2Tbs mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves & 1/2 tbs turmeric.
Add you're cut veggies to the pan. add 2 pinches of salt, on a low flame cook for 3 minutes, stir and add 2 Tbs of Malhari Spiced Curry powder and Cover the lid, cook for another 2 minutes on low flame,
Garnish with coriander, enjoy with rotis or as a side dish to your meal.
