Shri Malhari Chicken Masala
Ingredients:Black Cardamom, Mace, Nutmeg, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Black pepper, chilli, Cloves & Bay leaf.
Cooking Directions:
- 1kg chicken Heat oil in a vessel, add 2 large Chopped onions, fry till turns to golden brown colour, add 2 Tbs ginger garlic paste, 2 large Tomato’s add cleaned chicken pieces, 4 Green chillies slits, add 1/2 tbs turmeric add salt as per your taste,
- Now in a mixer pot add a hand full of mint leaves and Coriander leaves, 2 tbs raw coconut, make a fine paste, add paste & cook for 10 minutes on medium flame, add 4 spoons of Malhari chicken Masala, add water, stir well continue to cook for another 15 mins on medium flame. Serve Hot with rice, Jowar Rotis or plain rotis.
