Roopak Aloo Kadai Masala

Roopak Aloo Kadai Masala: 100 gm, 500 gm

Ingredients:

Coriander ,Dry Mango, Red Chillies, Dry Pomegranate seeds, Aniseeds, Chinese Star, lodised Salt, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Cumin, Mace, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom Seeds , Cloves, Black Cumin, Dry Ginger

Directions:

• Boil 500 gms diced vegetables like Potatoes, Carrots, Cauliflower, Green Peas, etc., and drain the water.

• Heat three-tablespoon oil and add boiled vegetable pieces.

• Stir and cook for two minutes.

• Add six teaspoon Roopak Aloo (Kadai) Masala and half a cup of water.

• Stir for two minutes and then cover it for five minutes.

• Add Roopak Shahi Garam Masala & Roopak Kasoori methi for taste & aroma

• Serve hot.
