How to Make MTR Rava Idli
Mix the MTR Rava Idli Mix with the specified amount of curd (yogurt) and water. Stir well and let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes. Grease idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter into the moulds and steam for 12–15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
