MILD - balanced and harmonious, a perfect nourishing bowl.

• Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
• Add 1L (4 cups) boiling water, stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
• Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.
• Turn heat to low and cook kitchari, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
