It develops bone development with a high amount of calcium, and it is also rich in vitamin B, magnesium, and dietary fiber. It is very easy to digest for the babies, and it is very versatile in use. Recipe suggestions are provided with the package.
- 1. 1/3 cup little millets makhana
- 2. 2 cups coconut milk/almond milk/cow milk(12months plus)/water
- 3. Any seasonal fruit puree
- 4. Finely powdered nuts and seeds powder
- Add a small amount of water and make a paste of the powder
- Add this to boiling milk or water and cook for 4-5minutes
- Add any fruit puree to sweeten it and top it up powder of nuts and seeds to make it more nutrients dense
