How to Use :

• For 2-5 years: 1/4 teaspoon (3 grams approximately) one times in a day.

• For 12 years and above: 1 teaspoon (12 grams approximately) one times in a day.
• For best results, take Himalaya Herbals – Chyavanaprasha half-an-hour before breakfast with warm water/ milk. or as suggested by an expert.
