Hillgreen Natural Blue Pea Tea

Ingredients:

• Dried Blue Pea flowers.

• Boil 150 ml of water and 0.5g (8-10 flowers) of Blue pea tea in a teapot.
• Set this aside, cover the teapot with a lid and let it steep for 5-6 minutes.
• Strain blue pea flowers and pour hot tea into a teacup.
• Since these flowers don’t have a distinct smell or taste, one can add spices like cloves, cardamom or ginger before pouring it into a cup. You can also add a dash of lime to enhance the taste and see the beverage turn purplish-pink from blue.
• Makes 50 cups, when made with 0.5 g (approx.) Of Hillgreen Blue Pea tea.
