- So Good Instant Oats Idli Mix Is A Readily Available Recipe To Make Authentic And Traditional Idli Batter In Minutes. Enjoy The Traditional Dish From Dakshin Bharat Any Time Of The Day
Ingredients:-
- Natural Oats Flakes, Natural Suji, Natural Rock salt, Baking Soda.
How to Use:-
- In a large bowl transfer so good idli mix and add 200 gram sour curd and 300 ml of water. And make a smooth batter
- keep a side for 2-3 minutes.add little water or curd if batter seems thick.
- Put to boil approx 1 liter water in a large steaming vessel or pressure cooker.
- Apply light oil to a set of idli moulds and then pour batter into each moulds.
- Put idli mould set in boiling water vessel and cover it with perfect lead.
- Steam cook idlies for 10 to 15 minutes on medium to high flame.
- Allow idlies to cool for two minutes and demould idlies with help of spoon.
- Serve idlies with coconut chutney and sambar.
