Farmvedas Instant Lemon Rasam Mix recreates the flavour-rich, aroma rich goodness of this traditional South Indian staple dish in just a few minutes. This mix requires just a few minutes and 2 simple steps to prepare. The delicate lemon taste makes for a good appetizer or warm soup too.
Ingredients :

• Toor dal
• Moong dal
• Dehydrated ginger
• Pepper
• Jeera
• Tomato
• Mustard
• Dehydrated Green Chillies
• Curry leaves
• Salt
• Lemon Powder
• Hing
• Vegetable oil
• Natural extract of lemon

How To Use:

• Take 1 part Rasam mix and 10 parts water. Bring the water to boil. Add the mix and stir well. Let it simmer on low flame for two minutes. Garnish with ghee and freshly chopped coriander. Serve hot along with rice or as soup before a meal.
