Neem karanjel lotion:

Ingredients: Each 1 ml has AQ extracts neem 600mg, ral 50mg, beeswax 20mg, karanj oil 0.330ml.

Neem karanjel lotion is to be used for the first 3 days of this protocol and continued anytime itching returns. Itching should not return ever after day 3 if you continue on HRS 200 daily.

Cutis cream:

Ingredients: Neem (Azadirachta indica), Karanja (Pongamia Pinnata), Mahamarichadi taila (Herbal oil made from Marich, Darvi, Nimba, Manjistha, Nishotar, Kut, Harital, Chitrak Sahund, Dugdha, Karanj Seeds etc.

Cutis Cream is to be used after day 3 for 1 month.

HRS 200 Scabease formula:

Ingredients: Sulphur 30, Hepar sulph 200, Arsenic alb 200.

HRS 200 is to be taken hourly on the first day, once every 2 hours on the second day, and once every 3 hours on the third day. Itching may increase for some on the first day.
