Baidyanath Kolkata Triphala Ghrit

Baidyanath Triphala Ghrit is an Ayurvedic health supplement. Triphala ghrit or ghee is also used in Panchakarma. Traditionally the ghrit is also used as an eye tonic.

Ingredients :

Baidyanath Triphala Ghrit is a combination of three fruits,

• Sariva- Creeper
• Haridra- Turmeric
• Haritaki- Myrobalan
• Chandan- Sandalwood
• Amla- Indian gooseberry
• Yashtimadhu- Licorice root
• Bibhitaki- Belliric myrobalan

Dose :

Baidyanath Triphala Ghrit should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the supplement.

• Take the supplement once and twice a day
• Have quarter to half tablespoon tonic a day
• Mix the ghee with water before consumption
• Might be mixed with Triphala churna for effective results
• Can be also used externally in the Ayurvedic eye procedure, Tarpana
