Directions of use:

• Two Sukesham R Capsules - Twice a day with water (Morning – Empty Stomach & Evening – before Dinner)
• Two Sukesham C Tablets - Twice a day with water (After Breakfast and after Dinner)
• A sufficient quantity of oil is to be applied to the scalp and massaged gently – twice a week
• Lepa - To be prepared and applied over the scalp – once a week
• Shampoo - To be prepared and applied – once a week
