Ashwagandha, one of the most widely used and popular herb, traditionally in Ayurvedic medicine used for Vata balance and best restorative (Rasayana) tonic.

Ingredients:


Withania somnifera Herbal Extract Equiv to dry root. 250mg (equl. 1500mg)

Indications:


Traditionally included in Ayurvedic medicine as a herbal supplement and part of wellness practices

Traditionally considered an adaptogenic herb in Ayurvedic medicine.

In Ayurvedic practice, it is commonly included in formulations labeled as rasayan or rejuvenative herbs and for balancing doshas
