• Bengal gram

• Red chilly

Note: Hot rice with moisture will not be suitable for this recipe. Rice should be cooked and also should not stick to each other.
Tip: Adding fresh curry leaves and hot burnt oil will add flavour to the rice. Usually rice fyum will be ideal combination for pulihora.
