Ammae Pepper Rasam Powder
Pepper rasam recipe also called as milagu rasam in south India. It is a spicy, healthy, and tangy south Indian soup or rasam. This is very good to eat with steamed rice and melted ghee with a roasted papad.
Key Ingredients:
- Pigeon pea dal
- Pepper
- Cumin seeds
- Dry chilly
- Mustard seeds
- Tamarind powder
- Asafoetida
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
How to use:
- Step 1: Mix 1 teaspoon of Rasam Mix in 150 ml of Water and Boil it in Low Flame
- Step 2: Add Fresh Curry Leaves. Tasty Pepper Rasam is Ready. if Required, Add Salt Based on Taste
