Idly Mix is a combination of Salem idly rice and black gram (urad dal). One pack will give 20 soft and fluffy idlis. Just pour water and mix with hand by night. Allow it to soak and ferment naturally overnight. By morning, Idly batter is ready to use. One pack will yield around 20 medium size idlis. Prepare sambar with Ammae sambar mix for a good combination.

How to use:

• Step 1: Take Required Quantity of Ammae Instant Idli Mix, Add Required Salt.
• Step 2: Add Water Gradually and Mix Without Lumps to Idli batter Consistency
• Step 3: Rest this Batter to ferment for at Least 6 to 8 hrs.
• Step 4: Now it is Ready to make soft Idli's
• Step 5: This Pack will yield approximately 20 Idlis.
